Q1 How can I check the warranty status of my KSPOWER power supply?
KS: Every KSPOWER product has a unique internel Series Number printed on the label.
Method 1: Check the 8-digit date code (e.g., “20260808” means August 8th of 2026).
Method 2: Contact our support team at power15@szzhpower.com with a photo of the product label. We offer a standard warranty of 1 to 3 years (depending on the product series) from the date of manufacture.
Q2 What should I do if a product fails during the warranty period?
KS: As a professional manufacturer, we stand by our quality. Please send a brief description of the failure along with photos or a short video to your dedicated account manager. For verified manufacturing defects, we provide free replacements or credit in your next order. No complex “Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” is required for small batches to save your shipping costs.

Q3 The label shows "Keysun," but this site is "Zhenhuan." Are they the same?
KS: Yes. Zhenhuan Electronics (SZZH) is the original manufacturing factory and R&D headquarters. Keysun is our global brand entity that legally holds our international safety certifications (UL, KC, CE, PSE, SAA, RoHS etc.). By sourcing from this site, you are dealing directly with the factory while enjoying the full legal protection of our global certifications.
Q4 Can I get a copy of the UL/CE report for my import clearance?
KS: Absolutely. We provide a Compliance Package for every order, which includes the official certificates (held by Keysun) and our internal factory test reports (from Zhenhuan). You can also search for our UL File Number (e.g., E584317 and E479306) directly on the UL Product iQ™ database.

Q5 Will your 5-in-1 Dimmable LED Driver work with my Lutron dimmer?
KS: Yes. Our flagship 5-in-1 series (MP/HPJ) is engineered for universal compatibility. It has been tested and verified to work seamlessly with Lutron, Leviton, Crestron, and Control4 systems. We achieve a smooth, flicker-free dimming range from 100% down to 0.1%.
Q6 What is the difference between Class 2 and Class II power supplies?
KS: This is a common point of confusion.
- Class 2 (NEC Standard): Refers to the output safety (limited to <100W and <5A), allowing for lower-cost wiring in North America.
- Class II (IEC Standard): Refers to the internal insulation (double insulation), meaning the device does not require a safety ground connection. KSPOWER provides many models that meet both standards simultaneously.

Q7 Can I customize the DC connector or cable length for my project?
KS: Yes, OEM/ODM is our core strength. As a factory, we can customize cable lengths, wire gauges (AWG), DC plug types (5.5mm, 4-pin DIN, etc.), and even shell colors (Black/White/Silver). We can provide a custom technical drawing within 24 hours.
Q8 What is your standard lead time for wholesale orders?
KS: 1. Samples: 3–7 working days.
2. Mass Production: 3–4 weeks depending on the order volume and certification requirements. We also maintain stock for certain high-demand models to support urgent project needs.
