Servo pump common troubleshooting solutions

First, the pump does not absorb the oil causes: 

1, the suction pipe blocked or leak

Second, the flow rate down reason: 

1, suction pipe blockage or leakage 

2, screw and pump sleeve wear 

3, safety valve spring is too loose or valve and valve seat Inaccurate contact 

4, the motor speed is not enough 

Third, the pump vibration or noise: the pump is not installed or the pump installed too high; motor ball bearing damage; pump spindle bending or spindle with the motor is not the heart, not parallel and so on. Treatment: install a steady pump or reduce the installation height of the pump; replace the motor ball bearings; correct the bending of the pump shaft or adjust the relative position of the pump and the motor. 

Fourth, a large number of mechanical seal leakage reasons: 

1, the assembly position is not 

2, the sealing gland is not flat 

3, moving ring or static seal surface bump 

4, moving ring or static ring seal damage 

Fifth, the shaft or motor bearings Overheating: Causes: lack of lubricant or bearing rupture. Approach: add oil or replace the bearing.
